Freelancers is a short, 9-Card nanogame inspired by the popular video game called Star Citizen. Two to four players take on the role of up and coming Jobwell recruiting agents trying to find the best pilots for upcoming missions in deep space. Each of the players attempt to recruit the best pilots to meet the requirements of the next mission or attempt to change the nature of the mission itself. This game features game design by Brian 'Kinshadow' Murray and the awesome character art of Joesph ‘Angry Peas’ Castigalia.

You can print the cards-only online at DriveThruCards for just a couple bucks. You’ll need to supply your own dice and victory counters, but you can't beat the price for the quality you are getting. If you just want to throw money at us to support our future projects, you can also pay-what-you-want for the print-and-play files through the site. Shipping worldwide is also relatively cheap since it is only a handful of cards.
NOTE: You’ll need to print one set for 2 players or two sets for 3-4 players. |
If you want a fuller experience, you can get a 4-player boxed copy with dice, victory point counters, a nice printed box, etc. from The Gamecrafter. The game is still somewhat cheap, but, unfortunately, shipping (especially worldwide) is quite a bit more. |
